emergency repairs we can respond in an hour or 2, depending
on the location. Normally we schedule jobs about 2 weeks out.

we need a permit to make repairs? |

Non-structural
repairs may not require a building permit. If you have questions
about permitting, we can provide phone numbers and contacts
with the local building department to answer your questions. |

Can
the customer perform parts of the job? |

The
customer can perform part of the construction as long as the
arrangements are made prior to bidding the job. Remember, we
specialize in remodeling and restoration, so it's to your advantage

can you remove the smoke smell? |
|
All
the burned or charred material must be removed from the job.
The wall and often floors need to be sealed with a special primer
coat. If all the burned material is removed and the smoked areas
are properly treated, the smoke smell will be eliminated. |
